NAELA pre-approves and pre-registers CLE based programming for the Elder and Special Needs Law Annual Meeting and Advanced Fall Institute. CLE state-by-state requirements vary for telephonic and virtual meetings. Participants can apply directly through the State Bar Association for NAELA programs not registered and eligible for credits. In certain cases, Certificates of Completion/Attendance is provided to registered attendees upon completion of the seminar.
