This will ensure sufficient attendee packets and allow us to include you in the lunch count.  (NOTE: We do not accept credit card payments.)

 CAN’T ATTEND? – If you are unable to attend the meeting copies of the handouts are available at a cost of $30.00.  Complete the registration form, check the Handouts option, and return it to our office along with your check.
